Bradley J. Proudfoot comes from a blue collar family with his roots right here in Northeast Ohio. His father, Jim, and mother, Jean, raised his sister Brandy and Brad with strong family values. Hard work, discipline, the importance of family, and a dedication to your community were instilled in Brad from a young age.
As a child, his family lived in the village of Lodi for awhile before moving to a farm house on Fixler Road just outside of Wadsworth. He attended Sharon Elementary for kindergarten until his family moved to Carroll County. Brad graduated from Carrollton High School located in Carroll County.
Back in 2014, Brad took a position with the local law firm Palecek, McIlvaine, Hoffmann & Morse as an associate attorney. That lead him back to the great city of Wadsworth. Now Brad, his wife, Angela, and their children Sophie, Carmelo, and Laila continue to make Wadsworth home. Brad and Angela couldn't ask for a better community to live, work, and raise their children.
Brad has the experience to be your next Wadsworth Law Director. He has served since January of 2020 as the Assistant Law Director and Prosecutor for the city of Wadsworth. Prior to that, Brad represented various municipalities, school boards, and public officials and officers.
Brad understands the duties and responsibilities for the Law Director position. He is familiar with the Municipal Court and all of its mechanisms because he is there everyday interacting and working with the staff.
